Love is in the air
Sometimes it might not be fair
But, we all will bear
In the beginning was how we became,
We were all created, but just the same.
Beauty created for our own pleasure,
Love so deep, there is no way to measure,
Such a thing we all enjoy,
As a child with its toy.
For such things aren't imaginary,
So fragile almost like a fairy.
Make sure to keep it fresh an new,
Just make sure to stay on que.

Poem Critique
Phenomenal Women-Maya Angelou
Presented by-Megan
This poem is about a woman and how she views herself and how people view her. She is very honest and humble, even if people don't think so. She uses a metaphor that she is honey an the bees are men. She is proud yet she tries to act normal and still she is noticed. Inner self confidence and men see how she walks confidently and how she holds her head high. Other pretty people might not understand because they might be pretty on the outside but ugly on the inside. Its what inside that shows the most in people no matter how pretty or ugly they are. It's how she is portrayed that makes herself who she is and makes others wonder. She seems to humble but at the same time proud of herself.
